First, I fully respect and appreciate the sensitive nature of this material and your privacy. No one other than the women in the program need know you are doing it! You don’t have to share your personal details, experiences or anything you don’t feel comfortable with us. We have private 1:1 zoom calls to talk through your personal situation. There are lots of benefits from being with women on the same journey, the opportunity to learn from each other, get support and inspiration, and practice being vulnerable and in action with a loving, aligned group who are also on the journey with you! I do also offer 1:1 coaching so that might also be an option for you. Get in touch and we can work out what is the best fit for you.

I’ll record all group sessions and make them available to you shortly after the session. There is a What’s app group and I’m available via text/voice message so you can always ask questions and seek clarification if there’s anything that is not clear or you’d like to contribute.

The 1:1 coaching and group sessions are all on zoom. Where possible, I’m happy to coordinate dates and times to ensure people can get together in person. If you’re unable to get to those opportunities, I’ll work with you to ensure you get the full value and feel included via zoom!
