Viva La Vulva Podcast Gifts & Resources
Thank you for listening to episode #121 of TURNED ON, where I took you inside Vulva Sisters Australia’s first Viva La Vulva event.
I hope it’s left you a little more curious about your body, more confident talking about it, and inspired to keep the conversations, connection and celebration going.
I’ve gathered some gifts and favourite resources here for you to explore, share, or pass on to the women in your life.

Vulva Resources
Get curious about your vulva
How well do you know your own body?
Every vulva is unique. There’s incredible diversity in shape, colour, size, skin texture, labia, hair and asymmetry. And our vulvas aren't static. Like the rest of our bodies, they can change through hormones, birth, menopause, ageing and life.
Here are a few places where you can look, learn and be curious. Not to compare, but to see the incredible diversity for yourself and appreciate that there is no one ‘right’ way a vulva should look.
The Labia Library
A wonderful Australian body-literacy resource where you can explore real images and learn more about the diversity of vulvas.
Flip Through My Flaps
See some of Ellie Sedgwick's photographic project celebrating the diversity of real vulvas.
The Vulva Gallery
Beautiful illustrations and personal stories celebrating vulva diversity and challenging ideas about what our bodies are “supposed” to look like.
Real images and information about a part of our anatomy many of us were never taught about, including how hymenal tissue can look and change throughout our lives.
